Frequently asked questions

What are safe foods?

Safe foods are the small set of foods a person consistently feels able to eat. For many neurodivergent individuals, they provide stability and reduce anxiety around meals. They are not picky eating. They are a genuine need.

Your data is stored on secure servers and is never sold. We use your food profile anonymously to power community recommendations. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I share my safe foods list with someone?
